These ECUs are fitted to many Audi and VWs. They often suffer a failure on the high-voltage injector outputs. When this happens, usually 2 cylinders will run lean and misfire, especially under load. Sometimes these ECUs also intermittently stop functioning altogether, causing the car not to start. Our rebuild procedure covers these issues and more, protecting a rebuilt ECU from developing additional problems in the future after the current issue has been repaired.
